Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at samzhu827@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the

item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used pet accessories, opened consumables, custom items, final-sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method.
